Modifications. This agreement and/or conditions can only be modified or cancelled by mutual consent.

Deposits/Confirmations. If a deposit or written confirmation is requested at the time of booking, then the date of the engagement will be held for 10 days after the date of our confirmation letter. After this time it may be let to another client.

Fees. The fee for the entertainment is payable by cash or cheque on the day of the booking on completion of the entertainment, unless specific terms have been agreed in writing.

Postponement. Should a client need to postpone the entertainment, it will be re-scheduled for a mutually convenient time within 6 months of the booking date at no extra cost and with no loss of deposit. If the postponement is longer than 6 months, then the booking will be regarded as cancelled.

Cancellations. Should a client decide to cancel the entertainment with less than 7 days notice, then the full fee less estimated travel costs will become payable. If more than 7 days but less than 30 days notice is given, then 50% of the fee will become payable. Cancellations of over 30 days notice are accepted with no further fee other than any initial deposit paid. Cancellations can be made in writing or by telephone but can not be accepted on an answer phone.

Outside Events. In the event of inclement weather, if the artiste attends, then the full fee will still be payable.

Health and Safety. In the interests of health and safety, artistes and venues are required to hold current public liability insurance. Artistes and venues are also required to hold current P.A.T. certificates for any electrical equipment they use or are responsible for.

Video/Sound Recordings. Video or sound recordings can only be made with the artistes consent and must be limited to only those parts of the entertainment agreed with the artiste prior to starting. Any recording must be for private viewing /listening only.

Other Engagements. All re-bookings or further engagements that arise as a result of this booking must be negotiated through 'It's Magic Time' Entertainers.

Contract Fulfilment. 'It's Magic Time' Entertainers are not responsible for any non-fulfilment of contract by proprietors, managers or artistes but every safeguard is assured.

Law. These conditions and any entertainment that takes place under them shall be governed, construed and shall take effect in accordance with the laws of England.
